It clearly shows 3 posts here, but they don’t show like a normal community would when I actually check the feed. Any ideas about why that would be?

Do you have “show read posts” ticked off in your user settings?

Maybe you are using one language in your profile settings, and another one in your community settings, maybe leaving undetermined in both could solve the issue.
