It’s nice to see more and more people taking action against car dominance in the UK, it feels like people are starting to take road safety more seriously after years of ignoring it.
That council is a bunch of wankers. Imagine not doing your job, and then complaining when people get fed up and do it for you.

Maybe I should get some parents together and do this outside my kids’ school. There are very clear ‘No stopping’ yellow zigzags, but people still park up every day to drop off their kids. I’ve seen quite a few near misses as a result.
Perhaps it would be worth bringing up the issue with the school and the council first to see if anything can be done more legitimately.
