Usually, no. For a pattern of sexual harassment with over a dozen victims? Probably would net most ordinary people some jail time.
Almost certainly not. Maybe it’ll get you fired and you’ll get a bunch of civil suits filed against you.
Sexual harassers almost never have only one victim - it’s pretty much everyone.

Cuomo did bad shit and it is the obligation of the media to inform the public of said bad shit. This is only both sides to the extent that the rules should apply to both sides. So here we are and that is where we should be. Holding the powerful accountable.
Cuomo and Trump are the same side: corrupt New York businessmen with political influence and 90% the same opinions on things that meaningfully matter.
