A smaller company ClaimSercure had been pulling this shit with Rexall. Is it time for unions to test Canada’s antitrust laws?
I don’t know unions would have standing for a lawsuit - wouldn’t the lawsuit have to be filed by a competitor?
I presume there would be an employer with unionized employees who uses Manulife as their insurance provider.
This is not good.
We need to pass a law preventing this now I suppose.
How about, and I know it’s gonna sound crazy, WE APPLY THE NDP’S PLAN AND QUEBEC’S EXAMPLE AND INCLUDE MEDICATION COVERAGE IN HEALTH CARE???
