A federal grand jury issued a 16-count indictment Friday accusing a Kansas City, Missouri, police officer with taking $300,000 in donations from an anti-crime group and using the money for his own expenses.
The indictment was made public Friday after Aaron McKie, 46, was arrested.
McKie is charged with 14 counts of wire fraud and two counts of money laundering
He worked as a KCMO police officer for 24 years, with most of his career spent in the Crime Free Multi-Housing Section.
He was president of Mid-America Crime Free, Inc., from 2009 to 2023, according a news release from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri.
Did they do him dirty with that pic or is he really some caveman looking fuck
Unga steal!
Giving hard Private Pyle energy
that was probably the best photo they could find…
also he looks stoned as fuck.
Worse than the monetary theft, he appears to have stolen the identity and likeness of Good Guy Greg.
It’s his evil twin: Bad Cop Carl.
Crooked Cop Carl?
Well… I mean, people donated to the charity for anti-crime reasons and that led to a police officer being charged for embezzling from that charity. Therefore, the charity is working as intended and as such police officer is not actually guilty of a crime. Quad ergot defenestration.
Quad ergot defenestration.
What? Is this supposed to be Quod erat demonstrandum?
Not in the Russian version.
The heck is an anti-crime charity?
One that results in a crime, apparently.
300,000 is like 400 unga dungas
Fuckin at least.
So… murder is allowed but theft isn’t? Pretty fucked up priorities if you ask me.
