This. It feels like every major acquisition of this type starts with all these promises and then the next quarter the company leaders remember their bonuses are tied to stock price and they conveniently forget every promise.
those promises don’t constrain them in any way other than PR. They can promise anything they like and are completely free to do whatever they want after that
Just a bait declaration to make the price falling and as soon the deal is sealed make it rise by alot.
