Cycling: 20mph speed limit leads to Junior Tour of Wales reroute

The Junior Tour of Wales changes three of its five stages, cutting the length of the race.

For context, Wales recently reduced it’s ‘default’ speed limit down to 20mph.

Emergency vehicles can go beyond speedlimit tho, doesnt really make sense. Its just bad burocracy thats all.
