    Even The Orville?

I’m admittedly a fanboy of Seth MacFarlane and I wouldn’t begrudge anyone calling his animated shows stupid. They are (and they’re funny, mostly) but I don’t think I can allow The Orville to be besmirched! You should check it out 🙂

To be completely honest, this is the first time I hear about it. I’ll take your word for it and maybe watch it (I can’t promise I won’t be stoned while doing it).

The Orville is great, but initially Fox wanted MacFarlane to make it funnier and less dramatic, so the first season is a little too zany. It gets better each season because he evidently just started doing whatever he wanted. As a result, the episodes become much more dramatic, and in later episodes, particularly season three, even quite dark.
