        The current link on this post is this link which still gives a 404

        I was able to find this working link though which has some kind of ID at the end.

    If the Cons can’t sell a paid-by-the-province-so-the-province-skates police force - let’s call them the Financed Alberta Provincial Police - that will want more money for less training and services (because they have a union and mounties can’t demand as much), then who CAN?

    Right. OPP and SQ, the same noise from a different speaker as the FAPP.
