It’s hilarious that that Musk took so goddamn long to release the Cybertruck that half the people who were down for the cyberpunk road warrior look instead realized he was the evil corpro overlord.
Not entirely, but a lot of people won’t be up for having their OS load from a cloud every boot, and that’s where MS is currently talking about taking the next version of Windows. I know a lot of people who won’t pay for a monthly sub to their OS or want to have internet charges for downloading a cloud OS either. That will be a breaking point for a lot of people once the last “real Windows” OSes drop off of support.
