Pull the fuse to the telematics/SOS/cellular radio on your car. Don’t bring any health trackers or airtags. No Bluetooth anything. If you have a toll transponder, remove it from your car. Probably should disable the Bluetooth in the car as well, wifi as well if it has it. Anything that can broadcast a beacon can be tracked.
