The cops wanted ppl to leave the stadium because they were there to ensure safety after the game. Both schools had prepared a 5th quarter, which is a musical performance that happens after the game. The schools, students, and parents were aware of this, apparently the cops were not and demanded everyone leave immediate after the game. One school’s band leader acquiesced and stopped his students, the other school’s band leader wanted to let the kids finish their song. He was tased and arrested.

Ok he was arrested… To my understanding to be arrested you must be charged with a crime, what crime was he charged with?

Disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was arguing with the officers to let the students finish their song. Fifth quarter shows are a ton of work for the student performers and they had every right to finish.

There is a lot of inference there. I just want to know what law the cops are lying about enforcing
