So, tonight I craved some quattro formaggi tortellini, which I made about three days ago (my first time) and it was really good surprisingly enough. Now, tonight I had the exact same cheeses I used for the first time, brie, parmegiano reggiano and roquefort, but in the meantime, I bought pecorino romano. I added them to my milk in a pan and then I kept stirring (just like the first time). After the pasta was done my sauce was extremely chunky and watery and gross-looking. I used a potato masher to try smooth it out but it didn’t really help, quite the opposite, it was like I had sawdust in a watery-milky sauce. I put it in my pasta anyway with the hope it will taste good but shock and horror it tasted awful, so bad in fact I had to throw out the whole sauce by RINSING my pasta with tap water which made the cheese remains even chunkier and harder to get out, and after 10 more minutes in which I made a crappy tomato sauce, I had to give up and eat it as is. Ultimately, I had to suffer through eating my shitty pasta, hating myself for it, cuz I don’t like throwing away food and I don’t really have anything else to make.

TL;DR tonight I fucked up two sauces for my pasta, and had to eat what I made regardless, because I don’t like wasting food nor wanted to order take way or find something else to eat.
