He’s redistricting California which, now TWO red states are doing, but only one blue state has accomplished. Will any others?
He got it on the ballot, which is being voted on in November. This is not the same thing as him redistricting the state, and it also gives him a way to be blameless if it fails.
From what I can tell there isn’t a law that requires districting changes go to a popular vote in California. If I’m wrong on this someone please correct me.
