I’m not sure if the same issues are present in the phone you guys are referring to but I had a terrible experience with a G35. That G35 that I had truly was hot garbage, but it’s an entry level phone I guess.

Good luck. Can’t really advise as i never had a phone that expensive but maybe consider one that is compatible with a more private OS like GrapheneOS.
