I tried to make a post on !buildapc@lemmy.world. It seemed to be successful initially, but upon checking, I couldn’t find it. I made another attempt to post, encountering the same problem, with no error message provided. However, commenting functions properly.

Does it need to be approved by the mods? New to Lemmy so still getting used to everything.

    lemmy.world was effectively down for a few days due to excessive load, and what traffic did get through was buggy and duplicated. Use other instances as much as possible.

    I think lemmy.world specifically has been having a lot of issues because of the increased traffic. Have you tried any other instances?

      No I haven’t. I have been getting replies so I guess it worked? I’m able to access my post through the notifications that pop up when someone comments.

    maybe instance is overloaded. come to lemm.ee everything runs smoothly here. for the time being …
