Countries like Denmark with 10+ parties generally pass national budgets with 80% majority.
There has never in my life time of 60+ years been a period of even a single day, where government didn’t work because the national budget wasn’t passed.
In Denmark the age of consent is 15!
I’m not sure which is better, but I do remember that as a 15 year old, I thought it was OK.
I think Norway has a system that regards age difference, and I think that’s probably as close to a good standard as we can come.

I’m not a psychiatrist, but I talked with one about what looks like this AFAIK, if I understood correctly, he called it lose associations, associating things all over the place disregarding their lack of relevance.

I think Trump does show some ADHD like behavior too, again I’m not a professional, but I think the problem for people with ADHD is that they forget where they came from, and Trump does seem to be able to get back to that.
