I’m getting a lot of these! But, to me, they recommend musics from 1950s and earlier decades.

My mom has a strong allergic reaction to mold. Her nostrils blocks (similar to a strong flu) when she touches some moldy object or enter in a moldy room.
I see the same thing happening on X/Twitter/Xwitter…
Thank you! I’m gonna do it.
Does it work on a frying pan (without oil, of course)? Asking for a friend.
“I have a female friend.” (As in “I have a friend that’s a woman.”) “I’ve talked with a female today.” (As in “I’ve talked with a woman today.”)
The first one is fine, because isn’t using the word as an adjective. The second one is derogatory, because it is being used as a substantive.
I would take this bus today if it were possible!
I accidentally clicked in a ad in the past week. Does it count?
OpenRadio is a good one if you like radio and music in general. It has radio stations from everywhere and from almost every music style.
Here in Brazil, June is the cold month, and December, the hot month. So Christmas here is naturally warm/hot.
Talking with a LGBTQ muslim lady on Facebook 9 years ago. I was an islamophobe/Israel praising person and I had the lucky to find this chill and lovely woman who spent her time talking with me about islamophobia in general and the Palestinian situation as well, despite not being her obligation to do so. Thank you, Maryam for being a teacher for me!
I tried to find if Lemmy has a Is it Bullshit equivalent, but didn’t found it!
In Brazil, it is useful to contact people that you know in real life, family and friends…
Plus, it sorta works like a Craigslist here. People sell and buy things from Facebook everyday, and people advertise their business and services here (e.g: restaurants, plumbing services, gift stores, etc)
Same here! I only visit Reddit to see some post I’ve saw in the search results. By not allowing the pages to be shown in search engines I’m 100% not looking at Reddit at all!
I posted my comment based on what I read few years ago, 2015 iirc. But its a nice thing thing to know that I (and the person who gave the info) was wrong.
Edit to add a source, it was in 2013: https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2013/06/94509/france-same-sex-marriage-pushes-cheb-khaled-to-move-to-morocco
Cheb Khaled, one of my favorite singers since I was a kid, fleed from France to Morocco after France legalized LGBTQ marriage.
We say the same thing in Brazil, but in portuguese: “A direita oprime, a esquerda liberta.”
