I agree it’s garbage, but isn’t it average or better than other industries? As a software dev I’ve gotten less than 5% most years (in contrast I’ve gotten >20% every time I’ve switched jobs).

What do you use to collect these metrics?

A tracker (a server/website used to track torrents uploaded to it by members; torrent clients require these tracker servers to know how to download the torrent) that is private (not freely accesible to the general public, typically needing a registered account).
