It may be that I remember associating Limewire specifically with music. I know it was just a torrent client, but as a highschooler I only knew it as a way to get free music. I think a lot of people in my school had the same impression.
Once I was more tech savvy I also went the uTorrent, qbittorrent route. That’s what I use in my Jellyfin setup today.

It was one of the most popular clients in the early 2000s. It also had several clones, like FrostWire. I heard about Limewire in like 9th grade and it was my introduction to torrenting. My family still had dial up internet, so I would queue up several songs to download over night while no one was using the phone.
I’m in the same boat. My girlfriend is pescatarian, mostly because she thinks animals are too cute to eat. She loves pigs and thinks they are adorable.
I agree that vegetarianism is more sustainable and humane, but I also really like carnitas burritos. I eat way more seafood now and, though she says she doesn’t care, I try to avoid “farm animal” meat when we go out.
I’ve definitely reduced my meat consumption and I will probably continue to do so, but I’m not ready to cut it out yet. I had prime rib for Thanksgiving and it was amazing. Apologies and thanks to the cow.
I’m not big into matching band music, but I went to a MarchFourth concert on a whim and had a fun time. Lots of juggling, hula hooping, dancing. They even had a guy doing yo-yo tricks to a saxophone solo.

It’s both. In episode 1 someone asks the cowboy actor to “do the thumbs up”. Later, the actor explains the mushroom safety part to his daughter. In episode 3 there is another flashback where the cowboy actor does a photoshoot for Vault-Tec. He asks the photographer “what if I try a thumbs up?”
That’s the point, right? At best this will shut down some poorly written legislation. If it doesn’t, and the law gets changed to be explicitly Christian, then at least it’s out in the open and no one can claim it’s about protecting ALL religions.
I loved the first two, but I had a hard time getting through the third. It has interesting concepts but it takes a long time to make its point. Plot structure spoilers:

I have a similar experience when I’m sick. I usually feel more calm and it seems easier to cook or read.
The Children of Time books by Adrian Tchaikovsky have a lot of those themes. Half of the first book is about an ark ship sent out to find a habitable planet because earth is dying. It spans hundreds of years as key crew members go in and out of hyper sleep. Relationships and political factions form and dissolve as the ageing ship continues its mission to find a new home.
The second book focuses on a terraforming crew that was sent to another star system to prepare a planet for humans. However, the planet’s ecology is so alien it proves very difficult to gain a foothold.
That’s just a French Press in denial.
I’ve got a playlist, “Everything sucks but that’s ok”. This Year by The Mountain Goats is usually a solid pick. It’s wistful and defiant without being too sweet.
