Yeah, think of it this way; If you or I (unless your a cop) falsified affidavits in order to get a permission for you and a group of thugs to help you break into multiple locations and take documents/computers because of the possibility of your sorted past coming to light, you or I (unless you are a cop) would be looking at more then just this one charge.
So it looks like the charge is only obstruction of justice.

That being said, I always find if interesting how companies assign value. I would guess based on past experience that you got some sort of “atta-boy(mam)” but someone higher up gets the bonus for the $1/2 million saved a year.
