You seem to have forgotten that Biden was a weak, ineffectual president who ran on a platform he mostly failed to deliver. He acted like he was scared of using executive orders, and made a lot of stink about niche issues like a student loan forgiveness, but even on those couple issues he was hamstrung by courts and republicans.
If Biden had been handed a smoking gun of evidence that would have put Trump behind bars, he would have opted to shelve it in a drawer because “presidential decorum blah blah blah”.
