I have a bud who is basically a neet because of health conditions and he’s like that, ‘both sides are the sameish’. His family isn’t rich but his mom has a decent middle class work from home job and they moved to a cheap AF state so they do alright. He’s basically shielded from anything that could happen since he’s a white, straight, male with health insurance through his mom.

That’s still better than consoles can run most native games too lul. People always use the argument that consoles ‘just work’ at max graphics as a selling point when it’s rarely the case. Almost every new game has issues on release that need to be fixed and even after some never run at max.

You could also buy cheaper ‘lesser’ parts if you’re not interested in playing the top of the top new games. I basically only play league, ff14 and indie games. My 12 year old laptop can run everything I play still with no problem (I know cause I take it to my girlfriend when I stay over), granted I do have a pretty nice pc now a days.

This might be a shit complaint on my part because these games are specifically for those type of people but I’m playing ff14 atm and they fuggin make me go across the world to talk to someone through a cut scene then make me go across the world again to rinse and repeat and that’s the game. I understand repetition is to be expected in mmo questing, I played wow for 17 years but at least for wow there’s some actual world exploration to be done to some degree and it isn’t usually forcing you to cross the world constantly. Ff14 doesn’t even have proper world exploration, they have teleport stones everywhere so you don’t truly get to see what’s up beyond following the quest lines. Glam, posing and rp saves that game.

I got my fiancee a gold cat bell instead of a ring. Granted it was a bit pricey but it has special meaning to us and it was definitely not worth cars amount of money like some people spend.

My girlfriend doesn’t use Twitter but the platforms she does use she has multiple accounts on and I bet a lot of people do that too.

A big streamer I watch is sorta in that camp. He mentions his subreddit all the time and it’s an active part of stream/communication with chat, he bitches at reddit and it’s broader base all the time but I see no signs of moving away from it.

I understand what you’re saying and to a degree I agree but do we know why he was labeled a sex offender? I’m not here to necessarily defend him but I know of people who have had to register when their offense was whipping out their dick near a school to pee. Nothing sexual, they were just drunk and didn’t realize it was a small elementary the building over, the cop wasn’t having a good day and he got fucked by the law.

Again, I’m not necessarily defending him but there’s at least a bit of wiggle room in my opinion depending on circumstances.
