Oh come on, you think some would do that? Go in the internet and tell lies?
I mean it is or at least should be a policy on most sites already, it’ll be nice to have some teeth beyond banning their accounts though.
Some dingbat that occasionally builds neat stuff without breaking others. The person running this public-but-not-promoted instance because reasons.

Remote controlled rather than radio controlled. If one wanted to get particular a lot of cheap RC where/are done by IR control, which makes them pretty well useless outdoors, same with TV remotes, but it’s still remote controlled.
An interesting idea, but I doubt the TV folks go for it. You would have events taking much longer and need more cameras or crazy distant shots to show the presumed gap they would have. Just be a pain to show.
If they’re already giving exclusive access to Google for search and AI training, my bet is it’s all in a bid for ‘please buy us daddy Google’, and let them handle it from there.
Random char username less than a day old, troll, block and move on
I mean, what if you just used it for a handy bit of seasoning when you go out?
That’s my go to for my quick scratch pad notes, generally something I only need for a one time deal.
I use the Bit Warden secure note feature for more permanent things.
If it is a more ongoing documentation deal that needs organization I like Bookstack.
All depends on the purpose one uses it for.
After all, they wouldn’t want anyone to call them out on continuing chicanery during such a trivial event as their home country’s presidential election cycle…
Who is surprised here, raise your object manipulation attachment, er, hand…
Yet I see those same posts screen-shot and posted here as though they was reliable news sources.
I have to wonder, how hard would it actually be to set up one of these ‘luxury’ brand names with 1000% markups and use it to Robin Hood the crap out of a bunch of people with too much money. Pay for the local school renovation via profits off some of those people too high on their own farts to notice those around them.

Their terminology needs some work, force touching is not ok…

Your world is imaginary…
Question here, why do the cameras I need to only connect to that one? Using an extender won’t create a truly separate net, some might create a NAT to look separate but you can still connect from the extenders net to the host net.
I know Finland isn’t exactly friendly with Russia, but the fact that you argue this from an instance run by someone a hop and a skip from Moscow is a beautiful irony…
All trolls, no, but given the notorious prevalence of media manipulation seen out of the region it’s a given that some not insignificant portion of the loudest voices are here looking to cause trouble.
WiFi continually beacons out to try and find previously connected networks and will select for the best signal from an AP it can reach. Extenders can be a trick if you’re sitting in the ‘crossover’ space between the extender and the back haul it connects to.
What you might try instead is one of those distributed AP systems like Unifi or similar where all the APs are controlled by a switch and work in unison. The one I have at least has an ability to disconnect someone if they drop below a certain level and migrate them to another AP without breaking the session states.
The other option that I can think of is just turning off the auto connect for the extender net and only using that manually.
Something I’ve noticed is that if something is posted with a positive view of Biden there’s a fairly consistent pattern where it gets up voted initially but as the day gets later and more into the daytime hours of your Russia/China side of the world the down votes start to come in. One can speculate on that for what it’s worth I guess…
We’ve permitted bribery for years with that alternate name of lobbying, nothing new really there.
The official acts thing is far more troubling particularly since as I understand it they left the declaration of what is ‘official’ ambiguous saying the lower courts would have to decide on each case. If so it opens a door for years of infighting as different districts decide their preferred person was working as president or candidate in any given action.
That video almost makes me want to learn German(?) just to figure what the heck is going on with all the hotdog jars.
True, I’m more referring to the primaries in 2016 and 2020. You get all too many around here clamoring for 3rd party protest votes or disengagement.
Even with the sketchy goings on during those two, if there was an overwhelming vote for Bernie (who’s no younger mind you, but it’s an alternate that appeals to a different demographic) it’d be a tough sell to go against that even if the party did get a court to agree they could.
Even without party backing though, if there was a particular person that people took to en-masse the rules don’t preclude them from office or appearing on national ballots. Look at Trump, people at first wrote him off as a joke, similar to the other times he ran before, now he’s a major threat to both parties.
People have done that for ages. Pic taken of the screen with another device, try and block that now. Basic rule, if you send it out assume it’s no longer private.
