.ml definitely has a delay. I get your posts (instance’s) periodically flooding my feed when the sync occurs. At least your sync eventually happens. Multiple people in the comments won’t ever see my response. 😅
Ffs. Ban all personal use cars. Fuck this shit.
Finally an app where I can speak of Linux! People of Grindr weren’t interested. :(
I didn’t notice because I haven’t been to Reddit. Good times. I thought of blocking this community but I want to support people doing the same. :)
All capitalistic entities aim for a monopoly so they can fully dictate the terms to maximize their profit. I was actually only using the Reddit app and liked it, especially since the update. What I didn’t like was banning anyhow good subs for thought crime and the forever lowering standard of content. Hell, I started getting soft porn in popular in spite of not opting into NSFW. The exodus to Lemmy gave me the perfect reason to fully commit to Lemmy. c:
I find it funny how Twitter got many people to move to federated Mastodon and inspired Reddit owner also is getting people to move to a federated instance. More power to the people. :)
I hope the escalation mobilizes more people to clear their post history and delete their accounts.
Doesn’t Microsoft do the same (i.e. killing the Windows phones)? It really kills any incentive for me to buy their products. I feel safer actively avoiding them. It used to be you felt safer buying from big names because they were here to stay. Surely enough, companies are but the products aren’t and customers turn into victims.
Vote here if you neither deleted your account nor the contribution history.
6 stages of dev grief when I find a bug which doesn’t make sense and report it to the devs. Lol.
