I think the majority of people are lactose intolerant, so this article is making the assumption most people consume dairy or are not effected by dairy products negatively. Seems the diet in question has a larger balance of whole plant foods. Which we’ve known for decades eating a diet of whole-plant foods vastly reduces your risk of heart disease. They are tagging fish and dairy on here because the dairy industry is suffering. Who wants to eat 14 servings of dairy a week? Is this article sponsored by the dairy industry?

People can do incredible things when they have the motivation. I.E. Felipe Nunes. He is a pro skateboarder who does not have legs. He could easily say, “i don’t have legs, therefore skateboarding is not an option”. Though, he had motivation to do it anyways. Right now, you might not have that motivation to do a thing, while knowing that thing is good. I have 27 years of eating meat, and 6 years of being vegan, i just didn’t have any motivation to do it until a traumatic event shifting my perspective. Not everyone will go vegan, it would be cool, but it certainly is possible for a huge majority.

I hope that is helpful, and my sentiment is not to gaslight anybody with dietary restrictions. There is a TON of money being spent to ensure people stay uneducated on what foods are actually healthy to eat.

I get this is positive, but it saddens me to hear people comment now I can start eating more ethically. There have always been vegan options available. They have been there this whole time, this is merely another option out there, the majority of people will still prefer the “real thing”.

Very much, it was awful. It was below freezing and we did not have power for 3 days strait (and i consider myself lucky it came back when it did! some where out for 2 weeks!). All the gas stations ran out of gas, every hotel room that had power was overbooked. They sent out a notice urging people to stay inside, but some elderly died in their armchairs in their living room. Froze to death, in Texas. This goddamn piss baby doesn’t give a shit!

The only smart objects I have are some light bulbs. I think, some processes are good to automate and put software in control of, and some things I want to have explicit control over (I.E. Door locks, Safe locks, AC settings, Heating). Technology can break in fantastical ways, but a lock should just freaking work.
