I’ve seen a few people mention shim software that bridges lemmy to reddit’s API that would make it a lot easier for him to port Apollo, I wonder if he’d consider using that. I believe tafkars is the name of the project.

If you’re on PC, there’s mods to help with the time (even stopping it altogether). I haven’t tried them out myself, but this mod would solve the time management issue: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/169
Blackouts for useful subs like this one incentivize people to join the protest against reddit’s changes. I know many people are in support of the protest, but I’ve seen plenty of apathetic responses from users who believe that the changes won’t affect them.
I’ve got a Moonlander I’ve been using on and off for a while now, it’s hard to fully commit when I’m so comfortable typing on a 60% or 65%.
Agreed about people lending, I’ve let coworkers and friends borrow keyboards and even let some friends keep them because I have too many.
