  • They improved it significantly since launch. I found myself loving the added features more than expected, like the Screenplay and Master Books they included.

I also loved the full videos of the digital graphic novels, and variants of MGS1, like the Japanese version and Special Missions, all in one place.

And on the PC versions, there’s a good amount of relatively easily installed mods on Nexus that can add a lot of value.

I pretty much replay most of the Metal Gear games every other year or so, so it was just another excuse to replay again on a new platform.

  • Some steam games I have gotten for as little as 0.25 to 0.50 before. I’m fine with unplayed games. Or some games I try out for a few hours and move on. Ehh, it’s fine. But I almost am never spending dozens of dollars, much less full price. Hell, a lot of games are on discount on sites like Fanatical before they even launch.

I have also noticed PC gets patches much more quickly and often than console games. So when that matters, it’s kind of nice.

Most recently, a party-based single player game I love on its PC port has an experimental co-op built in which has been a ton of fun, and that’s just not happening on the console versions.

  • At this point, what you’re saying is like telling a woman she shouldn’t have been there or wearing that, and ignoring the real issue with power here.

Cops largely are pathetic power-abusing shitheads who escalate at every possible opportunity. You should not have to cower to every whim and demand of a cop if you are not doing anything dangerous. Cops have lost any credibility to suggest that we should have to give a shit about every stupid fucking tiny thing they have an issue with.

Based on your argument, you could say you’ll only speak to a lawyer and you’re giving the cops an out to beat the shit out of you for not complying. Cops don’t understand non-violent approaches to solving any problem, and THAT is the problem to focus on.

    Fuck the police.
