Can confirm, done this exact thing with tasker in the past. Don’t have the script anymore though.

I wonder if this is somewhat in response to the successful Kickstarter night-runners had.
Put me down for octopath! I’ve always been intrigued by it’s art style and would love to give it a whirl.
I had no clue those were a thing, thanks for letting me know. Does the dock require additional software on windows as well?
USB docking station should be supported (unless it’s one of those external battery ones that plug into the bottom of the laptop). Remoting into work is fine but depends on the setup. For example, openssh with rdp works fine, can’t vouch for other solutions but I’m sure you could get them working.
Edit: I have been informed that displaylink docks require additional software. I didn’t even know those were a thing so I don’t know how difficult it would be to setup.
I used what was there. From precious experience with auroraos I assumed it must have been flatpak steam, that’s my bad. Either way, even after following bazzite’s own instructions on auto-mounting drives to a T, external drives still had all sorts of issues. Link to the docs: https://universal-blue.discourse.group/t/auto-mounting-secondary-drives/970
My bad, that’s what I mean. Whatever drive bazzite is not installed on is difficult to deal with when it comes to flatpak steam. There’s a bunch of mount params you are supposed to use but for me they didn’t work whatsoever on bazzite.
Just a heads up, but gaming on an external drive with bazzite is a nightmare (if you end up trying to go that route).
Vulkan in proton was busted at launch (couldn’t start the game), but I’ve heard it’s better now. If you have issues then you can always switch.
TIL, I had no clue why we call this arbitrary important file a file stab, but fs tab makes sense now. F stab is more fun to say though (but has probably confused more than just me)
Been a long time since I played and I’m on Nvidia, but if I recall correctly vulkan never worked for me on Linux. Give dx a try.
The US seems to primarily still use sms. I’ve heard it’s tied to having unlimited messaging phone plans being the norm, so people weren’t as drawn to other platforms.
Every time I’ve had a windows install come with my computer, there has been a sticker somewhere with the serial key. I’ve even been able to reuse that key for other computers before.
I have simforge pedals, vrs direct drive wheel, a Chinese knock off h pattern shifter, and a moza Hand break. The hand break is the only one that works without any tinkering. I couldn’t get the pedals to work at all, and the wheel doesn’t register properly so I haven’t been able to get that working either sadly.
I wish I could fully abandon my windows partition, but sadly my sim racing peripherals don’t all work on Linux, and I bought those before I started thinking about switching.
Where are you where you have those options? Id love to be able to checkout tools at the library.
