Fun fact: your left eye doesn’t go only to your right brain. The left half of your field of vision in your left eye goes to your right brain. Same with the right half of your left eye, and your right eye is split up similarly. How nuts is that?
That’s both interesting and disheartening
Self landing rockets is a great thing to cheer about!
But also people cheered for a guy eating cheese balls so you may have a point.
Well…
I don’t like that
Dude you are keeping this community alive, wow
That must feel so strange
Like yes taxes go up, but also you’re already paying for health insurance
Now this I like, that’s super cool!
I love how much detail AI is able to put into the moss. So neat.
That’s cool, TIL!
Hell yeah, a Lemmy poet!
I live in the middle of nowhere and it’s been a lifesaver. The competition is good, because now satellite providers will need to up their game. It also keeps ISPs from locking down an area with insane prices and no alternatives rich is overall a great thing.
This is neat. I wanted a similar one but with white ghostly screaming faces that are shaped like Scream rising from the cup, but sadly Dall-E had no idea how to go about that
Most people enjoy having feces thrown at them from what I’ve gathered.
Monkey see monkey do
It kinda sounds like this guy but that’s totally fine, I actually enjoy it
Funky finds funky. Sometimes you just gotta be yourself and someone will ooze out of the woodwork.
Man… are you good? You sound like a guy who showed up at my house and started saying that the pyramids and stars would aline and tell us the meaning of the universe. Also that açaí berries were the ultimate nutrition. Hope you’re doing okay there.
There are two podcast episodes about this guy, his siblings, and their mother called Breaking The Oath. Very good and they interview all of them too.
Yeah, Hyperx pulsefire. Got mine for $20 and it’s been great. I did have a g602 but wanted a lighter and wired mouse, and decided to go cheap instead of more expensive like I normally would.
A lot of women I know who aren’t the typical “gamer” type really enjoy Stardew Valley. It’s a little farming game where you live in a town, foster relationships with the townspeople, and generally go about small town life. Very cute game, especially fun with friends.
Also Minecraft, it’s very open ended and there are many ways to play it.
As for how to start, an affordable laptop will run both of these fairly well, if you want Nintendo games you’ll probably have to get a Nintendo Switch.
Definitely make a Steam account though, you’ll find pretty much all the games you could want in one place there (Minecraft is separate).
