I am a bit slow but what does this even mean? Looks like corporate speak cranked up to 11.
My guess is that pictrs and/or nginx is not set up properly. My guess (because of the
<html>) in the error message is that the UI is getting nginx’s error page when trying to make a request to pictrs to upload the images.
