I think so, that is safe.
I think so, that is safe.
Yes, to mozzila foundation. Thanx
Before the new year, I donated 25€ for Firefox, my long-time companion to #degoogle Grapheneos and Linux. Although Google is introducing DRM, I don’t think anything is so important in this life that I have to use Chrome or IE, I will adapt to the situation and instead of worrying about DRM (of course, for the public Internet, this seems like a total violation of users’ rights, for safety 🤣🤣🤣, really?) I will try to be more social, but not in the sense of social networks, but hanging out with friends or listening to music or running or a good book… I definitely don’t want this big corporation near me, which we are more and more they control… (google,ms,apple, amazon…) Firefox probably missed by not insisting on FirefoxOS (phones), but it has a great agenda - privacy and simplicity. I look forward to many years of using FF!!
I don’t known but you can use a Calibre https://calibre-ebook.com/ and convert PDF to EPUB on your PC. Its much better convert on PC because for convert you need lot of power.
I use LibreWolf and maximum protection just for FB and similar web pages, and Firefox for normal browsing or other safe sites and my problem is solved.
Pixel 8 & Grapheneos, about 4-5% over night and two app still working Battery Botpro and Rethink. Not use flight mode or battery saver.
I suggestion a Open board with swipe function. https://github.com/Helium314/openboard Swiping this on Openboard 🦾🦾
Don’t look for price 30us up or dovn, look for freedom without corporations and more privacy than “big brother” company.
I have PB652 it’s a old model from 2018 but it’s very fine, simple and you don’t need a account or google on it.
I have a PocketBook a Linux e reader without Google. Its fine with own browser and super ungoogled Linux. Recommended. https://pocketbookstore.com
Enable the developer options menu by going to Settings ➔ About phone/tablet and repeatedly pressing the build number menu entry until developer mode is enabled.
Next, go to Settings ➔ System ➔ Developer options and toggle on the ‘OEM unlocking’ setting. On device model variants (SKUs) which support being sold as locked devices by carriers, enabling ‘OEM unlocking’ requires internet access so that the stock OS can check if the device was sold as locked by a carrier. Connect the device to the computer and install Grapheneos via browser.
You need to boot your device into the bootloader interface. To do this, you need to hold the volume down button while the device boots. After install OEM was lock again.
No, I just install via browser and Grapheneos web site.
I don’t know, I have a pixel8 with Grapheneos and installation was without any problem.
Open Board fork: https://github.com/Helium314/openboard
Allow loading Glide typing library

I replaced the Pixel 6 with the Pixel 8 257gb of storage, this solved my need for an SD card, I replaced the 3.5 headphone jack with an Ibasso DC03 pro DAC for the USB C port. Since I’ve been using phones with custom ROMs for years (also 2x Sony with SailfishOS) I was always looking for something that would be useful for me (the best choice would be the LG V50 if it could be loaded with GOS or DivestOS). The Pixeli8 is still an expensive phone (mine bought new from another user) but I like the GrapheneOS, compact design, camera and usability, and long-term support (hopefully I’ll have it for a long time). I only have FOSS applications on my profile, and my work profile contains Gplay and a few apps that I occasionally use. I have no comments, everything works as it should and I like the compact design and the camera. The keyboard is also finally FOSS, open board (fork) with swipe function. I much prefer using it than Gboard with internet blocked.
Thanx. Best regards
Futo, I didn’t find on fdroid or github, where can I looking for it? Thanx
Last update was 3.Nov.2023 but use OpenBoard debug from Helium 314 from github and use Optanium for upgrade on android. https://github.com/ImranR98/Obtainium
Try to syncing via Next Cloud. I’m sync from Linux desktop and Android (Grapheneos).
