1 year agoDid you use any smoking chips? In the summer I like to do my ribeye with a dry rub I let sit for a few days and then grill with mesquite smoke.
Otherwise I’ll finish with a shallot, thyme, garlic, butter basting in cast iron.
This is the way. Since my switch to arch this has been the quickest way to get back up and running.
Before that, I’d used the gparted live image.
