I’d suggest using a plastic flosser so it’s not conductive, but this definitely breathed new life into my phone. It turns out battery lasts longer if it’s charging more consistently.
Sheesh! What’s the difference between co-op vs condo for you?
In college there was a laundromat with a diner that served decent burgers. Was always a treat.
It’s worth pointing out the difference between condos and a co-op - here condos can be over 200k, which can be prohibive, whereas the buy-in for a co-op apartment is like 10k.
Co-ops are truly the way to go for housing.
I played so much nerts in college. I was terrible at it due to the frenetic rate of play, but it was fun. It’s the reason I have like 8 packs of playing cards haha.
Now that’s a bold and uninformed take.
I explained here, but that’s why I prefer using the right-hand-rule. Sometimes thinking about clockwise in strange frame of references hurts my little brain.
Oh God I hate those sneaky left-thread bastards lol.
It’s especially helpful when you’re looking at screws (or nuts!) from the back or any other weird frame of reference.
I use the right hand rule - ball up your fist with your thumb sticking out, and turning in the direction of your fingers curling will result in the screw going the rest your thumb points.
As others have said, every time this gets brought up, the counterpoint is that we already pay more for healthcare than other countries, and there is 0 response.
At some point it’s just old man yells at cloud.

A little extra rough that the naval defence guy states the claims are untrue
If there was a society where a penalty-free regulation would have actual effects, it’s Japan.
You should see the death glares people get if they’re loud on the train.
Rec (2007) . A slow night where a novice news reporter shows a day in the life of the local firestation turns into so much more.
I think there’s something about the intersection between found footage and a foreign (to me) film that makes it so much more believable and enjoyable. This is miles beyond the US remake, quarantine. No big name actors here to ruin the found footage vibe. Just a small town news reporter meandering through a slow night at a local fire station.
There was a scene that had my jaw dropped for 5 minutes straight
The carabineers would function similar to a keychain, and you can use multiple carabineers to enforce organization.
Sounds like you’d benefit from one of those large keyrings.
They open up at a single point, so in the morning you can see which one you want, move the entire circle of chokers around so that one is next to the opening, open it up, and grab the choker.
Also, no installation to the walls.
