10 days agoI am in the US and I do not have a hard cap, and I regularly go WELL above the soft cap listed for my ISP in that image with no throttling.

61·5 months agoIt’s a shame more non-blizzard companies didn’t try out some of the mechanics of HoTS. It’s the only MOBA I played and actually enjoyed. My favorite part was that there was no item shop to overcomplicate matchups and expected stats.
Seems to be a “all drivers below a certain version” issue.

Funny enough, the gacha was my favorite part of 2 since it forced me to work with what I had to make a good team that felt unique to me. I understand why it was unpopular, but I wouldn’t mind more single player games using gacha mechanics to make playthroughs feel unique.
