You are asking the best way to do something, they are replying the best way to do something. Sometimes with technology you need to actually learn something.

I use irrigation and honestly, dont see the merit in dynamic control. Some el’ cheapo timers off Amazon switch the water on and off on a schedule. Yeah maybe you want to worry about rain days, but to me I don’t really care, whatever they get more water. I’d rather spend that home automation budget on something more useful to me.
Yeah it’s actually a decent dialectic grease.
Edit: In fact after a quick research, I can’t really find the difference between a 14$ tiny tube of dialectic and a cheapo massive vat of Vaseline. Guess I should get some for the shop.
Beans on the brain mostly.
Jesus, how much more basic can you really get than nano?
Don’t know about that guy but I use a RasPi 4 with a four bay laptop drive toaster. Four terabyte drives and it works great for streaming to multiple devices.
You can poop in the shipping container dude, what are the people shoulder to shoulder to you going to do? Leave?
My wife actually works for a packaging supplier for grocery stores, butchers, and restaurants. She has spearheaded an initiative to bring in alternative options like PVA based bags, bamboo takeout containers, etc. They cost a couple cents more than the plastic stuff so none of their customers are on board.
I like that the ZigBee and z-wave devices don’t need internet, but the biggest reason in my opinion is the relay function where they extend the network, and the binding options so they work even if your hub or wireless goes down.
I tried this and my house stunk like farts permanently. Chick peas are the worst when you crack the vent.
Like I have investments so that applies to me also, but I also have children. This shit is not ok.
