I’m kind of a beginner… Can someone explain why you would make/use/have a dynamically and/or weak typed language? Is it just to not write some toInteger / as u64 / try_from()? I mean the drawbacks seem to outweigh the benefits…

My setup (Firefox+uBlockOrigin) blocks Doubleclick.net. Also, ads.youtube.com is under Social Trackers, maybe it’s not the actual ads on youtube, but some tracker? BTW, I have no idea how the internet works, maybe it is wrong…

I mean if you don’t know what the software in the headset that you own does… WTF?! It could be doing anything: What data does it collect? What do they do with that data? Even if you read and understood the license, they could be going against it without you ever finding out. Not even thinking about your right to modify what your headset does, or distributing your patches…

I’m using FOSSasis, and I hope you guys make the switch as well. It’s free (as in freedom) and decentralized: meaning if you don’t like what a Server is doing (that what we call Worlds in FOSSasis), you can make your own, and you can still visit any Server that has not defederated from you. There are also plans to make it possible to transfer accounts between Servers. The economy is much fairer: every transaction is on the blockchain, so you know there is no manufactured Credit inflation.

As for the stupid Easter Egg Hunt: let the slaves fight for who is going to be master… In FOSSasis we are all masters of our own destinies.

• In Laos as of 2009 ~100 civilians died each year from cluster bombs from 1973
• In Cambodia, boys aged 6-15 make up 37.8% of cluster submunition victims. And in Laos more than 50% of victims were children.
• Increasing the number of cluster bombs increases civilian deaths, even if there would be deaths by the Russian cluster bombs.
• Saying “What about Russia” is not a defense for using a weapon that has been proven to be so deadly for civilians.

So that’s where you draw the line in war crimes. It’s OK if a kid loses its legs in 10 years but not OK if it happens now…
