• Lack of construction, or overcrowded cities that don’t have anymore spaces.

In China they’re living something similar to the 2008 crisis. Too much construction, too much debt and companies are starting to default. The bubble will burst when the government starts having trouble helping those defaulting companies.

If you look close enough to all the bullshit destabilising western countries, there’s always Russian influence at the end of the string.

Even Trump election was made with Russian influence, which caused a huge division in the west. That’s the type of strategy they used in countries like Ukraine (worked until they launched a full invasion).

Rent control didn’t work anywhere where was tried. It leads to less houses on the market, making the issue even worse. The housing market is too damn expensive, specially due to inflation and the wages not following it. Also everyone wanting to live in overcrowded cities doesn’t help, meaning you either need build more houses or give tax incentives for companies and people to go live in smaller cities.

He baits the press and they always byte it. Guy doesn’t really need to spend much on marketing for his products since due to the fact the press (even Lemmy) hate him, he always get free marketing.

Look at the bright X sign. He put it there, they forced him to remove it, a fine was paid of about $4k. During that time the press wouldn’t shut up about the sign. We’re speaking about Reuters level media giving him free marketing. Even Lemmy didn’t shut up about it. He got millions of dollars in free marketing with the stunt, and this is just one example.

I’m guessing he purposely is fucking up things to show on media, he made a rebrand from Twitter to X without spending a dime on marketing.

I actually already did that, but the system ignores my configuration constantly. The node 2 loses connection to node 1 and reconnects to the main router. I must restart the node 2 manually for it to reconnect.
