To make sure I know what you are looking for, are you wanting to automate some process or task in particular?
I’ve not used pyautogui, but looking for GUI automation in python this certainly gets the most results quickly. It also does at least claim cross-platform support as well.
Nah, you aren’t alone at least. I shuffle which pocket I put my phone in almost every time I take it out.
Exactly! Makes me think of things I have heard and read about historical sites getting worn down by visitors or people finding artifacts while digging in their garden.
This is cool, but also makes me feeling like we poured asphalt over a masterpiece.
Uh, is the puppy mechanical in any way?
For how new all of this is, or at least feels, I’ve been very impressed with the app and it’s features already in place.
Clearly wearing the murder mittens.
This is the way
Yes, so very much. Jerboa has made the transisition much easier for me. Clicking on its symbol will become my new addiction I’m sure.
Click the three lines button at the top left to open the sidebar. Then at the too right of that bar there is a drop down arrow. Clicking this will get you the option to add account. Clicking add account will give you the login prompt where you will put in your site url and credentials and should be good to go Best of luck.
I feel the same. At the end of the day the community will migrate as we find the natural succesor be it Lemmy or something else.
Ideally instead of just complaining at you about the need to login it would just open the prompt for you. It took me a while as well.
Agreed. The app is way better than the page would make it appear. Loving it and Lemmy in general so far.
I like this as well. My preference is generally to use an app to something directly in browser. Since I started in Jerboa it took me a little bit longer to understand the cross site workings of lemmy.
It looks like they don’t perform a release for each commit to main, although they do run a pipeline build each time. So your best bet is this page. https://github.com/dessalines/jerboa/releases
It appears the only releases here are the ones that are in the app stores according to versions and dates. Maybe with growing interest the team will give us cutting edge builds.
You’re right. The arrow at the top seems to go back without the refresh. I would love being able to swipe to go back as well.
Probably just a design choice. It would be nice if it held your place for sure. I hadn’t noticed until I saw your post.
Mine has done this for a few seconds on the communities I have tried joining, but then resolves to Joined. It may just be the system struggling to keep up with the influx of people. Myself included.
There is an idea or saying that elephants never forget or that they have very good memories First article in google about this.
So to say you have a memory of an elephant could mean your memory is very good.
The twist is that this can also mean you remember seeing an elephant, which is what the second line implies.
