They’re trying to kill as many as possible, before the international sentiment turns on them.

Biden is on his way and Hamas just issued a statement not an hour ago that they would release all civilian hostages (foreign or Israeli) if Israel would stop the bombing. They said it would be an easy thing to do and would happen within the hour if they could just stop bombing Gaza.

Guess that offer is off the table now. They don’t want the hostages back, just their revenge that has no end.

As part of that offer Hamas also wanted all Palestinian prisoners released, so that makes a deal a lot less likely.

Seems pretty fair to me. Innocent people’s lives are factually worth more than guilty lives by any Western judicial system.

A moral government would do this immediately. Ukraine and Russia do it all the time, too.

Ukraine and Russia release all their prisoners in exchange for hostages all the time?

They do prisoner exchanges. Little different.

Also Russia has held hostage many kidnapped children and Ukraine has negotiated their release.

Ok but POW exchanges are a little different. Here we’re talking about thousands of prisoners that might be unjustly incarcerated but could also be rapists, terrorists etc… So to exchange some kids taken hostage from a music festival for those…

And? Does that change the fact that it’s a hospital with countless innocent lives?

No moral person would make such a strike, even IF this were true.

They should’ve thought about how being too close to a terrorist is a crime punishable by becoming collateral.

They’re not countless. If Hitler and his top homies were hiding under 500 jewish children in '40, and you could hit him with a bomb, would it be immoral?

Ok then my diagnose is complete: You need to go to morals camp to get your morals checked

Oh? Is that a clinical diagnosis ya got there, bud?

While we’re entertaining absurd hypotheticals: You may want to review the entire premise of western judicial systems, beginning with Justice Blackstone’s most famous quote. Might clue one in on the value of innocent life versus a guilty one, and what separates the moral versus the immoral (hint: standards).

Your Justice can go suck a fat one. If you choose to sacrifice thousands of innocents because you won’t sacrifice a hundred, that’s pretty immoral by my standards

Different hospital I think (not saying they’re not using other hospitals as well ofc)
