Oh whoops, it was vimm.net. My bad. I honestly wasn’t sure. I figured Google would sort it out for anyone just typing in vimm

Emudeck has a really nice tool to mass convert a folder to .chd and as far as the rims go I usually just go to the mega thread on /r/roms or you can go to vimm.com
Same type of news as when a chain restaurant in other countries has people getting sick from tainted supplies.
Dude, good on you. That’s a lucky lady to be able to get a meal like that at home.
Wine is what proton is based on.
Well, it’s interesting. I’d try streaming to the steam deck while it’s in desktop mode and see if that fixes the display issue. Kinda cool that it holds a 800p resolution but I find it curious that it’s not full screen as opposed to the actual 800p but just in the corner.
Did you try doing it while in desktop mode? Game mode defaults to the steam deck native resolution but that can be overriden with launch setting changes. Desktop mode will output to the display of the external monitor.
Yep, I was looking into it earlier. I got ahead of myself.
Maybe you should actually pay attention?
The dual sense is a great controller, but you’re right. It is not immune to stick drift. Have you considered replacing your sticks with hall effect sticks? When my current black one starts to drift, I’ll probably just replace my sticks and maybe drop a new battery in it. Otherwise, it’s been my favorite controller.
I just picked up the corsairs mp600 1tb and an nvme enclosure to clone my drive for about 130 all together.
That’s really cool. I’m still pretty excited for lies of p. That game is pretty damn cool.
People should buy whatever they want but I love my Niro. I can drop the seats and throw my bike in the back really easily and my commute is short enough that I’ve barely even used fuel the past 3 months.
I did not know that. I’ll have to check it out. Thanks. This has been a very informative comment chain. 😅
As far as I understand, the wbe versions are very stripped down compared to their desktop counterparts. That’s a great question though and one I should explore. When I actually spring for excel/365 I can check out the web version while on Linux and if it doesn’t work, look into setting up a virtualized Windows setup.
Thanks, I appreciate it. I just never needed to do it before but I’m getting to the point that it would be very useful for me. 🙏
No need for windows to game anymore, steam/proton, lutrus and wine handle what I need just fine these days. This is more about using Microsoft excel as I have some union business that operates out of an excel file and Google sheets and libreoffice do not play nice with all the macros going on in it. Literally just to run excel.
I’ll read up on it myself, but can virtual box run a windows instance from inside my Linux partition? I’ve never done any virtualization but that would be about the only thing from windows that would be useful. Just so I could use our excel doc to do billhead.
I think that’s just the shader caching being rendered isn’t it? I know totk has some caching that can be pre downloaded but I believe it still is cached when you are running the game. I think it stabilizes after a bit but I had trouble getting ryujinx and yuzu working so I opted for the cemu (wii I) route.
