Code is the documentation. Any other form of documentation requires additional maintenance and becomes obsolete quickly.

Same issue with Piped, but I use it for tracking my subscriptions. I watch videos on YouTube when I’m on my Arch Linux. Privacy-wise it’s ok for me with uBlock, strict tracking protection and automatic removal of all site data each time I close Firefox. I don’t have a Google account.

This elitism is both hilarious and sad.
Nah, Rust is friendly to cisgender white men. It’s its main feature.
The amout of proprietary junk in this thread is too damn high.

Automated translation of web content is now available to Firefox users! Unlike cloud-based alternatives, translation is done locally in Firefox, so that the text being translated does not leave your machine.
I haven’t got the update yet. Can it translate the selected text or is it only for the whole page?
It still amazes me how a non-regulated market is being advertised as a solution to problems of an imperfectly regulated one.

It’s easy to miss signs when it’s dark and raining. The road shouldn’t have been open in the first place.

It’s probably good, when Sony or Microsoft buy small studios and let them produce projects they wouldn’t produce otherwise. But Nintendo is not a small studio that’s struggling to survive.
You can’t read code, can you? You need some simplified text explanation of what it does. And a programming language higher than assembler is already a set of simplified text instructions. Why are you even participating in this discussion?
