I like watching good comedies, any suggestions down in the comments would be wonderful.

I have loved watching IT Crowd, Big Bang Theory, Seinfeld, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The King of Queens, Cunk of Earth, Cunk of Britain, pretty much all of Ricky Gervais, and more shows that I’m not recalling at the moment.

Edit: I’ve also watched Psych, The Good Place, B99, Black Books, Third Rock From The Sun, Parks and Rec, Superstore, and Silicon Valley

Add to that Schmiggadoon!, Shrinking and Trying… appleTV+ has some excellent comedies, many now in second and third seasons so plenty to binge!

I’m absolutely loving “What We Do In The Shadows”

Older shows I still rewatch include Community and Psych. Both are absolutely extraordinary.

Ted Lasso is amazing. The recent episodes are a bit different, I’m interested in the development of the show with the direction their heading on.

I think the tone is really reminiscent of stuff like Four Weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill or Love Actually. Even though it got a bit more sad this season, it’s very wholesome and easy to watch.

I wouldn’t call it “sad” at all - each character has developed so they’re much more self-aware, and some have developed goals which may not be what people expect. It’s refreshing to see a comedy where characters aren’t stuck in stereotypes but actually grow.

    The Good Place, Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Maybe give James Acaster’s Repertoire a go if you like British standup!

The Good Place - fantastic all the way through (except i hate the last episode)

Brooklyn Nine-Nine - hilarious for the first few seasons, but when the show switched networks it became just good not great

      Ghosts (the US version)

How can you say this, when that version doesn’t have Charlotte Richie in it. Not even once!

Another vote for Silicon Valley. Based on the list above, my guess is that this would be right up your alley!
